Contribute to continued success of the Indix customer base by collaborating and defining data delivery plans
We are seeking a high energy professional for the position of Project Manager, Customer Success at Indix. This is an individual contributor role and will report into the Director of Customer Success at Indix.
This position will involve heavily investing in understanding the product roadmap, customer requirements and devising what’s feasible from an engineering/product resourcing standpoint.
With a clear focus on streamlining customer success operations, project work will range from process development, workflow design, creation of new workflows for customer delivery, improving efficiencies, and reducing operational overheads. A successful candidate will have the ability to effectively lead projects and plan toward successful delivery for high-value customers.
This position requires strong business judgment, problem solving and excellent communication skills. A track record of delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment is a must. This position will help contribute to the top-line of the company, while balancing constraints on the bottom-line
Experience in a fast paced, continuous improvement environment (preferably in technology companies/e-commerce/start-ups/IT firms)
Experience leading, facilitating and integrating high quality projects, including identifying partners and sub-project owners
Experience building and communicating project plans
Managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects locally and globally
Requirements gathering and analysis of issues
Working knowledge of defining project scope, timeline, cost and risk, including building business cases and other analytical assessments
Written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to presenting in front of groups
Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills
Prior experience negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for large scale projects
Ability to lead complex project efforts to completion
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A willingness to dive deep and get things done
Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships
Self-starter who can deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Skill Set and Expertise
- Master’s Degree in any field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience in SalesForce, Doubleclick, Excel, SQL, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Lean Expert and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred/span>
