It’s that time of the year. The peak shopping season with its Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals is here. While you’re working on buying things for everyone on your list, don’t forget to treat yourself as well. If you’re planning to buy a new television set for the football season or just because you want one, we have some tips for you from our Televisions Product Category Report.
Consumers consider many factors while buying a new TV. Our analysis took shape around three main parameters – technology, features, and screen size. Plasma, LED/LCD, and OLED are classifications based on screen technology. Features can be based on resolution like 4K/Ultra HD/UHD, or 3D TVs, Smart TVs, and Curved Screen TVs.
According to the Indix Cloud Catalog, LCD/LED televisions are most common on the market. They formed 96% of the dataset, which is where we focused our analysis. We found that November is a great time to buy a TV. So, if you want one, this is a good time to whip out your wallet. Check out our full infographic here for more insights and tips.
Happy Thanksgiving from the Indix team!
