How long have you been working at Indix?
I’ve been here since June 2016, about 7 months now.
What first attracted you to want to interview with Indix?
I have worked on problems like the ones that Indix is trying to tackle. So I was partly aware of the challenges involved and the kind of demand for structured product data.
What about the interview process helped convince you that Indix is the place for you?
In addition to the technology stack applied here, the client base, the backgrounds of various people, the organizations, and funding all tell a compelling Indix story.
If there was one word to describe how you felt when you got your offer, what was it? Why did you choose that word?
Excited! I knew this could be a challenging and life-changing experience. So I was excited to get started at the earliest.
If you had to describe the whole process in one or two words, what would it be?
Intense and exhausting.
If you could give advice to future candidates on how to best prepare for and handle interviews at Indix, what would you tell them?
Just be yourself. That is all you can do and that is all you should be doing.
What did you learn about the team and culture at Indix during your interview process?
The transparency in communication, and multi-dimensional evaluation of potential team members.
