How long have you been working at Indix?
I have been working at Indix for a little over a month now.
What first attracted you to want to interview with Indix?
I came to know that Indix was working on problems of massive scale and impact, and the entire outlook looked positive from the outset. I was looking at new avenues for learning and Indix looked like a great place to try that.
What about the interview process helped convince you that Indix is the place for you?
The interview process was fair and organized in a very positive and professional manner. I came out feeling good about the interactions I had and immediately felt that this will be a good opportunity to pursue.
If there was one word to describe how you felt when you got your offer, what was it? Why did you choose that word?
Happy! It was a very happy day, and I was in a super upbeat mood.
If you had to describe the whole process in one or two words, what would it be?
Excellent. The entire process was organized and conducted in a very good way. As a candidate, I was always well informed on the proceedings.
What did you learn about the team and culture at Indix during your interview process?
I learned that Indix values its culture a great deal about it’s team culture. A lot has been done to keep all the teams engaged through conferences, hackathons etc. Everyone I have met so far has been very helpful.
