Identifying, architect-ing and solving people’s problems through technology drives me to write code, build products, and read a lot about business strategy and entrepreneurship. Someday, I wish to be a tech-preneur. 🙂 Even more than that, I aspire to be a great storyteller who helps people simplify their lives. Being fresh out of college, I am a new kid on the block who enjoys learning from all the smart people around.

Content Marketing Manager
Self-confessed geek. I spent six years writing about cinema and media as an academic, including three years at the University of Washington. I thrive on researching exciting topics, digging into data, drawing insights, and creating engaging content for different platforms. It’s easy getting bit by the tech bug in Seattle. Indix provided me the unique opportunity to nurture my passion for research, critical analysis and writing, while building new skills at the same time. When I’m not playing with words and data, I love spending time with my husband, reading, enjoying Seattle’s natural beauty, and obsessing over cats, dogs and orcas.
Director of Engineering, DevOps
Just another guy in the crowd who loves to understand problems which others tend to ignore. Trying to build a robust & scalable platform @Indix and bring some peace into the world 🙂

I am a Seattle native and an avid sports fan. A 2012 graduate of the University of Denver, I had the opportunity to represent my university as a member of the men’s basketball program while receiving my degree in business. Prior to Indix, I spent three years at another local startup, Porch, in different customer facing roles aimed at helping to fix a very broken industry.
My greatest joy is being “Dad” to an amazing six-year-old, Tre, who helps me maintain my inner child by playing video games, laser tag, go karts, and watching animated movies on a regular basis. Born and brought up in State College, Pennsylvania, he was raised by parents who demanded hard work, encouraged critical thinking, and cheered athletic achievements. This is where he developed his passion for organized data, process, and structure. He is a true engineer in all aspects of his life and loves his techy gadgets. But you will find him in his happiest state when he is on a golf course, or rekindling his all-state tennis days in an over-30 league somewhere in Seattle.
Director, Customer Success
Getting to work in tech can be addictive, even if you’re not so inclined to do so after an undergrad degree in electrical engineering. Shyam discovered this rather by way of accident, when his team at his first employer was “acquired” by the star team that worked on tech consulting projects for several tech and non-core tech clients, who were interested in analyst-talk almost as much as client-talk.
A tech strategy consultant for a decade at firms such as Deloitte and Frost & Sullivan, Shyam worked on several go-to-market and digital transformation strategy projects for clients such as IBM, Sony and Walt Disney, among others. At what he describes as an inflection point in his career, he decided to explore the core tech industry when he took up an operations role at LinkedIn, helping sales retain more customers and ensuring success for both the company and the customer.
At Indix too, he strives to ensure that customers are happy and become life-long fans of the product.
